Concept of Crimean Tatar language development to be presented within a week

"Within a week we will release the concept of the Crimean Tatar language development until 2032. This is a strategic issue not only for the indigenous people but also for the entire Ukrainian nation. Knowledge of so-called Ukrainian Turkic opens up the whole Turkic world of about 170 million people. It is a new quality of relations with our partners - Turkey, Azerbaijan, countries of Central Asia," Reznikov wrote in an article for LB.ua.

He added that the Ministry of Reintegration has already started the presentation of "elements of the approach toward the restoration of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine", in particular the preparation of a draft law on the basic principles of state policy on transitional period and the strategy for the economic development of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

As reported, the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine announced in October 2020 that they started to elaborate a strategy for the development and promotion of the Crimean Tatar language.
