Netflix releases first feature film dubbed and subtitled in Ukrainian

"A few more words about the movies. Outside the Wire became the first feature film with Ukrainian dubbing and subtitles released on Netflix. And even the events of the film take place in our country," Minister of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine Oleksandr Tkachenko posted on Telegram.

He added that the dubbing was done by the Postmodern Production studio.

"At the end of last year, Postmodern and Tak Treba Production became official partners of the platform. Here are the first results," Tkachenko said.

He added that he had previously discussed with Netflix the possible plans for entering the Ukrainian market. The minister expressed confidence that cooperation with Ukraine will increase, Netflix library in Ukrainian will grow, and new films will be shot in Ukraine.
