Stepanov: 212 health workers in Ukraine died from COVID-19

Since the start of the pandemic, 212 health workers in Ukraine have died from COVID-19, according to Health Minister Maksym Stepanov.
"As for the number of people who died from the coronavirus disease, a total of 7,532 people have died in our country. The number of doctors and health workers who died during the fight against COVID -19 is 212 people," Stepanov said at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
The health minister assured that all extra payments are transferred in full to health workers who help fight COVID-19.
As reported, 411,093 COVID-19 cases were laboratory confirmed in Ukraine as of November 3, including 8,899 cases recorded during the previous day.
