International organizations send over 436 tonnes of humanitarian aid to occupied Donbas

International organizations have sent over 436 tonnes of humanitarian aid to the temporarily occupied territory of Donbas, according to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

“Nineteen trucks from the Swiss Embassy in Ukraine and 12 trucks from the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) were heading to temporarily occupied Donetsk. The vehicles were transporting a total of 436.1 tonnes of equipment and reagents for water purification, medical equipment, household appliances, hygienic kits and construction materials,” reads the report.

As reported by Ukrinform, international organizations sent 20 truck carrying humanitarian aid for the needs of civilians in the temporarily occupied territory of Donbas on September 11.

On August 5, the Red Cross sent over 49 tonnes of humanitarian aid to the temporarily occupied territory of Donbas.
