Ukraine has more than 4,000 medical ventilators – Stepanov

Health Minister of Ukraine Maksym Stepanov has stated that Ukrainian hospitals are fully equipped with medical ventilators.
“We continue to increase the system for additional equipment. Out of more than 4,000 available ventilators, 227 are in use today. These figures shows that this is enough for us. And today we are fully equipped with ventilators," Stepanov said at a briefing on September 3, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.
In addition, the minister assured that Ukrainian healthcare facilities are fully equipped with personal protective equipment.
As of September 3, Ukraine reported 128,228 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases, including 2,430 new cases recorded over the past day.
