Zhytomyr region receives fourth batch of humanitarian aid from Canada

The fourth batch of humanitarian aid from Canada has arrived in Zhytomyr region, the press service of Zhytomyr Regional State Administration reports.

“On July 27, another batch of humanitarian aid from Canada arrived in Zhytomyr region. The aid was provided within the framework of the Aid for Children of Ukraine program,” the report says.

According to the deputy chairman of Zhytomyr RSA, Viktor Hradivsky, the aid will be given to families to which children from boarding schools have returned.

Within the framework of the program, four rounds of delivery of food and hygiene kits to Zhytomyr region were organized.

The Aid for Children of Ukraine program was launched by the Ukrainian Canadian Congress (UCC), the Canada-Ukraine Foundation (CUF), the Help Us Help platform and the international corporation Meest Express.
