UWC expects new steps on Ukraine’s path to EU from newly appointed Vice PM Stefanishyna

The Ukrainian World Congress (UWC) expects to see new specific steps on the way of Ukraine to the EU and NATO from the newly appointed vice prime minister for European and Euro-Atlantic integration, Olha Stefanishyna.

“We hope to see new specific steps in Ukraine’s journey towards EU and NATO from Olha Stefanishyna,” the UWC posted on Facebook.

The Congress also thanked former Vice Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Vadym Prystaiko for cooperation and for his continued efforts to foster European and EuroAtlantic integration of Ukraine.

As Ukrinform reported, on June 4, the Verkhovna Rada appointed Olha Stefanishyna as Vice Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine. The decision was supported by 255 lawmakers.

Before that, the Parliament dismissed Vadym Prystaiko from the post of Vice Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine.
