Ukraine’s first coronavirus patient recovering

Ukraine’s first coronavirus patient, a resident of Chernivtsi region, has been tested negative. If he has the second negative test, he may be discharged from hospital.
"The first patient with confirmed coronavirus infection is getting well. The results of his test came today and his Covid-19 test is negative for the first time since infection. After two days, the patient will be tested for the second time and if he is negative, we can say that he is healthy," Deputy Head of the Chernivtsi Regional State Administration Natalia Husak announced at a briefing on March 16, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
As of 9:30 on March 16, five cases of Covid-19 coronavirus were confirmed in Ukraine.
