Poroshenko appoints new member of National Council on TV and Radio Broadcasting

President Petro Poroshenko has appointed Volodymyr Horkovenko a new member of the National Council of Ukraine on Television and Radio Broadcasting to replace Yuriy Artemenko.
The president signed relevant decree No.187/2019.
"In accordance with paragraph one of Article 106, paragraph one of Article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine, Articles 4, 6 of the Law of Ukraine on the National Council of Ukraine on Television and Radio Broadcasting, I decree to appoint Volodymyr Valentynovych Horkovenko as a member of the National Council of Ukraine on Television and Radio Broadcasting," reads the document.
On May 4, Yuriy Artemenko, the chairman of the National Council of Ukraine on Television and Radio Broadcasting, submitted a letter of resignation. According to the latter, among the reasons to leave two posts, Artemenko indicated human fatigue and a proposal to take another job.
