Almost 2,000 ATO/JFO participants underwent treatment in Zhytomyr region last year

More than 1,830 participants of the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) and Joint Forces Operation (JFO) underwent medical and psychological rehabilitation in Zhytomyr region in 2018, the press service of Zhytomyr Regional State Administration reports.
"1,200 ATO/JFO participants and members of their families or relatives of those killed underwent medical rehabilitation for a total amount of UAH 4 million 569.36 thousand," reads the report.
In addition, 364 ATO/JFO participants from Zhytomyr region underwent rehabilitation for the sum of UAH 2 million 937,376 thousand in budget funds.
Also, psychological support was provided to 141 servicepersons in 2018.
As reported, the modern vertebrology and rehabilitation center for ATP/JFO participants was opened in Zhytomyr region in 2018.
