Volyn territorial communities distributed almost all infrastructure subvention funds

The united territorial communities of Volyn region in 2018 implemented projects using 99.1% of infrastructure subvention funds, according to the information policy department of the Volyn Regional State Administration.
"In 2018, the territorial communities of Volyn region spent almost 99.1% of infrastructure subvention funds... Subvention allocated from the state budget to local budgets to form the infrastructure of 40 Volyn communities amounted to UAH 106.421 million. Due to these funds, 192 projects were implemented, while cash expenditures total UAH 105.450 million of subvention," reads the report.
At present 51 united territorial communities operate in the region. In late December 2018, the first elections were held in nine Volyn united territorial communities.
As of January 1, 2019, the highest percentage of disbursement (100%) of subvention funds was recorded in 16 united territorial communities.
