Three judges brought to disciplinary liability – High Council of Justice

The Third Disciplinary Chamber of the High Council of Justice has decided to bring three judges to disciplinary liability and apply to them a disciplinary sanction in the form of a motion for dismissal.

A respective decision was made on Wednesday, December 12, according to the High Council of Justice.

In particular, the report notes that "according to the decision of the Third Disciplinary Chamber of the High Council of Justice of December 12, 2018, a judge of Krasnoperekopsk City Court of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Oleksandr Serhiyovych Savchenko, was brought to disciplinary liability and a disciplinary sanction in the form of a motion for dismissal of the judge from office was applied to him."

A similar same decision was also approved against a judge of Sevastopol Administrative Court of Appeal, Anzhelika Pryvalova, and a judge of Balaklavsky District Court of Sevastopol, Tamara Kurniakova.
