Ukrainian World Congress calls on Ukrainian authorities to accelerate reforms

“The Ukrainian World Congress welcomes the EU’s Association Implementation Report on Ukraine commending Ukraine’s ongoing reform progress, and calls on Ukrainian authorities to actively pursue such reforms and for the European Union to continue supporting Ukraine on its unequivocal path to European integration,” UWC President Eugene Czolij said, the press service of the UWC reported.

The European Union’s (EU) Association Implementation Report on Ukraine was issued on November 7, 2018 by the European Commission (EC) and the European External Action Service (EEAS). The report highlights the recent reform successes of Ukraine under the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement , including the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area, and suggests areas for further improvement.
