U.S. diplomats congratulate Ukrainians on Independence Day with folk songs

U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch and the U.S. Embassy staff have congratulated Ukrainians on Independence Day with Ukrainian folk songs.
The diplomatic mission posted a video greeting on its Facebook page.
"Dear friends, we congratulate you on Independence Day! We wish Ukraine to be a free, democratic and successful European country. Glory to Ukraine!" said Yovanovitch, addressing the Ukrainians.
After the greeting, the U.S. Embassy employees, dressed in vyshyvankas, performed Ukrainian folk songs.
As reported, the British Embassy in Ukraine also prepared a special video greeting. Diplomats performed a Ukrainian dance to a sopilka in the central streets of Kyiv.
