Saturday, February 17, the Ukrainian charity ball, traditionally organized by the Ukrainian Youth Association in Austria, was held in Vienna for the third year in a row.

The organizers posted the videos from the event on their Facebook page.

The debutants dancing traditional polonaise, Viennese waltz and Ukrainian hopak opened the ball.

The Austrian orchestra performed the Ukrainian songs in symphonic arrangements. Ukrainian musicians and DJs also took part in the event.

In addition, a charity auction was held. At the moment, the organizers reckon the proceeds that will be transferred to the orphanages in eastern and western regions of Ukraine.

The event was held with the support of the Information Policy Ministry of Ukraine and a number of international organizations, in particular the Ukrainian-Austrian Association, the Kyiv Initiative Group Alpbach, the OeAD-Bureau Lviv.
