Third December temperature record observed in Kyiv

The night of December 29, 2017 in Kyiv was the warmest one since 1881.
This is stated in a press release of the Central Geophysical Observatory, which is available to Ukrinform.
“The night of December 29 was the warmest one in Kyiv since 1881. The temperature did not drop below + 4.8 ° С, which is 2 ° С higher than the previous historical temperature value," reads the press release.
At the same time, the Central Geophysical Observatory noted that was already the third temperature record in December in the capital.
Previously, the temperature records in Kyiv were observed on December 16 and 26.
