Teachers of Donetsk region support education law – Zhebrivsky

Chairman of Donetsk Regional Military and Civil Administration Pavlo Zhebrivsky informed this on his Facebook page after he took part in the visiting session of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Science and Education in Kramatorsk on Wednesday.

"We discussed the law on education. After speeches of teachers, I draw a conclusion that they support the law, including the language article. Teachers of Donetsk region, like no one else, understand the importance of teaching children in the state language, because children must be competitive at the educational and then at the professional markets of the country," the head of the region wrote.

He thanked the teachers "for understanding, support and hard daily work, they educate and form the elite of Ukrainian Donbas."
