Interior Minister of Ukraine Arsen Avakov said this in Kharkiv, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"February 22, new police patrols started to work in Vinnytsia. New patrol policemen will start to work in 29 Ukrainian cities by early summer," Avakov said.
