Zelensky in Warsaw for first meeting with Nawrocki

President Volodymyr Zelensky has arrived at the Presidential Palace in Warsaw, where he was welcomed by his Polish counterpart, Karol Nawrocki.

After the official greeting and inspection of the honor guard, the Presidents, along with delegations from both countries, proceeded to negotiations, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

It is expected that following one-on-one talks between the heads of state, as well as meetings in the format of full delegations, the Presidents will hold a joint briefing with the media.

Later, Zelensky will lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

The program of his visit to Warsaw also includes meetings with Marshal of the Polish Sejm Włodzimierz Czarzasty, and Marshal of the Senate Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska.

The visit is scheduled to conclude with talks between the Ukrainian President and Prime Minister of Poland Donald Tusk.

As reported by Ukrinform, Zelensky arrived in Poland on an official visit olate on December 18.
