Internet access in the occupied Luhansk region is becoming increasingly difficult, and in some settlements, communication is disappearing altogether.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Telegram by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Oleksii Kharchenko.

“The so-called Ministry of Digital Transformation of the Luhansk People's Republic is gradually transforming occupied Luhansk region into an area without internet. We remind you that there is no internet in frontline towns and villages. From now on, in most areas where there used to be a signal, mobile internet speeds have been reduced to a minimum,” Kharchenko wrote.
