ATO area: Nearly a dozen enemy attacks for past 24 hours

KYIV, September 23 /Ukrinform/. The past 24 hours in the ATO area were not completely calm, ATO press center reports.

"At about 18:00 and 19:00, the enemy used small arms and grenade launchers to shell Ukrainian stronghold in Mayorske [45km north of Donetsk]. At about 19:00, the militants used small arms to fire on the Ukrainian positions in Zaitseve [67km north-north-east of Donetsk]. At 18:55, 21:40 and 22:30, the enemy forces shelled ATO strongholds in Lozove [13km west of Donetsk], using small arms," reads the report.

At 22:30, the militants used grenade launchers near Sokilnyky (37km north- west of Luhansk).

In general, the militants violated ceasefire nine times for past 24 hours.

On Wednesday, from midnight to 6:00, no weapons were used in the ATO area.
