Ukrainian diplomats are already interacting with the Greek authorities to verify whether any Ukrainian nationals are among the victims of the major train collision.

This was announced by the spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Oleg Nikolenko, on Facebook, reports Ukrinform.

"Ukrainian diplomats are already interacting with the Greek authorities to verify the presence of Ukrainians among those injured as a result of the train collision in Greece," Nikolenko said.

As reported, 32 people died and at least 85 were injured as a result of a head-on collision between passenger and freight trains in central Greece.
