Russian occupation forces on Tuesday shelled from mortars the area of the village of Nelipivka near Toretsk, where OSCE representatives launched an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) to monitor the area, according to the Facebook page of the press center for the Joint Forces Operation.

"Today, on May 29, the enemy once again grossly violated international agreements by opening fire on representatives of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine. In the vicinity of the settlement of Neilipivka near Toretsk, OSCE representatives launched an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) to monitor the area. At 11:35, during the launch of the UAV, a mine blew up at a distance of about 250 meters from an OSCE vehicle," the statement reads.

According to preliminary reports, there are no victims. It was established that the shelling was conducted from residential neighborhoods of Horlivka.

"The Joint Forces command emphasizes that [Ukrainian military] did not open fire on populated localities. The OSCE representation has been officially informed of the event," the statement says.
