Weather forecasters warn of fog in southern and western regions of Ukraine

The State Emergency Service reported this with reference to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center's forecasts.
"In the morning of February 16, fog is expected in the southern and western regions of the country, visibility is 200-500 m. The weather forecasters warn of icy roads in some regions," the report reads.
