Bad weather causes blackouts in 15 towns and villages in Ukraine

Severe weather conditions have left 15 populated areas in three Ukrainian regions without electricity.
This is reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
“On January 16-17, bad weather conditions (snow, wind gusts) caused blackouts in 15 populated areas in three regions, particularly: 9 populated areas - in Donetsk region, 3 - in Zaporizhzhia region and 3 – in Odesa region,” reads a report.
Emergency teams of Oblenergo have started to conduct needed repairs to resume electricity supply.
