Bad weather leaves 130 towns and villages in eight regions of Ukraine without electricity

A total of 130 towns and villages in eight regions of Ukraine have been left without electricity as a result of adverse weather conditions.
This is reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
"On September 20-21, bad weather conditions (rain, thunderstorm, wind gusts) caused blackouts in 130 populated areas in eight regions of Ukraine, particularly, 45 villages and towns in Khmelnytsky, 33 – in Chernihiv, 18 – in Ternopil, 9 – in Kyiv, 9 – in Lviv, 9 – in Sumy, 4 – in Chernivtsi and 3 – in Volyn regions," the report reads.
Emergency teams of Oblenergo have started to conduct needed repairs to resume electricity supply.
