Militants wound civilian during shooting in Luhansk region - intelligence

The Russian occupation forces have wounded a civilian during shooting exercises near the village of Kadiyivka in Luhansk region, the main intelligence directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry has reported on Facebook.
"The criminal actions of the Russian occupation forces cause a constant increase in the number of unjustified material and human losses, including among the ordinary local population. In particular, according to the decision of the command of the fourth separate motorized rifle brigade (Alchevsk) of the second army corps (Luhansk), the Russian Armed Forces conducted practical shooting exercises in an unequipped area near the village of Kadiyivka," the report says.
According to the directorate, a civilian sustained a bullet wound and several private houses were fired upon as a result of violations of the rules of firing. Appeals from the population to the so-called law enforcement agencies were ignored, the report says.
