Avdiivka still without electricity as a result of enemy shelling

"On February 19, the emergency crews of the fuel and energy company checked power lines and eliminated problems on the territory controlled by Ukraine. Centralized power supply has not been restored. Negotiations on repair work on uncontrolled territory are carried out," reads a statement.
