Ricco Gross declines job offer to coach Ukrainian women's biathlete team

KYIV, April 3 /Ukrinform/. A four times Olympic champion, multiple world champion biathlon Ricco Gross of Germany has declined the job offer to head Ukrainian women's national team.
The news was reported on the official site of Biathlon Federation of Ukraine.
"Today (April 3 - Ed.) the Biathlon Federation of Ukraine received a notice from Ricco Gross who was an applicant to the position of manager for Ukraine's women's national team. German expert said that due to personal reasons that had been changed he cannot accept the offer made by Ukrainian Federation," the report states.
Moreover, Gross thanked for the job offer to work for one of the leading teams in the world and wished the Ukrainian team further progress and successes in tournaments.
Meanwhile, Russian media have already "prophesied" Gross to become the manager of Russian men's national biathlon team.
