Kyiv's Pechersky District Court has considered a lawsuit filed by the leader of the Movement of New Forces party, former Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili, about establishing the fact of his residence in Ukraine so as to register him as an MP candidate in the July 21 snap elections, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.
