Revenue from military levy more than triples in 2025 – State Tax Service

Revenue from the military levy to the general fund of the state budget in 2025 increased 3.2 times compared to 2024, reaching UAH 163.6 billion.

That is according to the press service of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, Ukrinform reports.

In 2025, military levy revenue amounted to UAH 163.6 billion, compared to UAH 51.2 billion in 2024.

The largest contributions came from Kyiv City (UAH 52.6 billion), Dnipropetrovsk region (UAH 18.2 billion), Lviv region (UAH 12.6 billion), and Kharkiv region (UAH 10.3 billion).

The State Tax Service said the increase in revenue was driven by updated legislative provisions and improved efficiency of tax administration.

New rates of the single tax and the military levy for individual entrepreneurs (FOPs) in the first and second groups took effect from January 1, 2026. The military levy for FOPs in the first, second, and fourth groups has been set at UAH 864.70, equivalent to 10% of the minimum wage, and is payable monthly by the 20th day of the current month.
