Protective structures under construction at over 100 critical infrastructure sites – Kuleba
“We held a session of the Coordination Headquarters for the Physical Protection of Critical Infrastructure. Our work continues daily. We reviewed what has been accomplished over the past month and identified areas requiring additional attention,” he said at a meeting of the Coordination Headquarters for the Physical Protection of Critical Infrastructure.

According to Kuleba, construction of protective structures is ongoing at over 100 sites, with a focus on ensuring public safety, maintaining 24/7 operations, and coordinating efficiently with all local services. Priority is being given to frontline regions.
In collaboration with the Agency for Recovery, military engineers, regional administrations, and relevant ministries and agencies, 16 standardized technical solutions have been developed. These designs account for the specific characteristics of different facilities and leverage the capabilities of local manufacturers, helping to reduce construction time and lower production costs.
Additional engineering solutions have been prepared for urban infrastructure facilities that provide water and heat supply to communities, as well as for key logistics hubs.
Over the past month, consultations were held with 70 Ukrainian manufacturers. As a result, key suppliers were selected and a system was established to monitor construction material prices. The headquarters also approved the creation of a public dashboard to display procurement data for protective structure materials.
As previously reported, Russian forces launched overnight strikes on four railway stations in the Kharkiv region, injuring a railway worker. Drone attacks also targeted railway infrastructure in Dnipro.
