On Friday, October 31, electricity usage restrictions will be applied around the clock in all regions of Ukraine.

According to Ukrinform, NPC Ukrenergo reported this on Facebook.

“The reason for introducing restrictions is the consequences of three massive Russian missile and drone attacks on the power system this month,” the statement reads.

In particular, hourly outage schedules will be in effect from 00:00 to 24:00, covering between 0.5 and 3 groups of users (with the maximum restriction between 16:00 and 18:00).

Power limitation schedules for industrial customers will also be applied from 00:00 to 24:00.

The company warned that the time and volume of restrictions may change and urged citizens to follow updates on the official pages of their regional energy companies.

“When electricity is available according to the schedule, please use it sparingly,” Ukrenergo emphasized.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, as a result of the massive Russian attack overnight on October 30, the Vinnytsia, Zaporizhzhia, and Dnipropetrovsk regions suffered the most, with more than 670 settlements left without power.
