The list of war sponsors includes 31 international companies.

The head of Ukraine's National Agency for Corruption Prevention (NACP), Oleksandr Novikov, said this in an interview with Ukrinform.

"Now 31 companies are on the list of international sponsors of Russia’s war. Most of them are Chinese. American companies seem to be in second place, and then European companies. We hope that all international companies will finally stop financing the murderous Russian regime," Novikov said.

According to him, the NACP is working together with World-Check on this issue. The program allows checking counterparties and is used by banks and financial companies around the world. This means that companies included in this register are unreliable partners for all responsible businesses.

"I would like to draw attention to the positive results of the impact of being included in this register. There are cases when companies refused to cooperate with Russia, for example, the Irish company Peninsula Petroleum Limited, which refuels ships at sea. They made a statement condemning Russia's war, refused to provide services to the Russian criminal regime, and we removed it from the register," the agency head added.

As Ukrinform reported, on August 7, the NACP restored the status of five Greek shipping companies on the list of international war sponsors, as these companies did not fulfill the conditions agreed upon during the negotiations to remove them from the list.
