Business activity indicators in Ukraine’s manufacturing industry improved in Feb 2023

In February 2023, the business confidence indicator in Ukraine’s manufacturing industry increased by 2.4 percentage points, and the business climate indicator – by 0.3 percentage points.
The relevant data were published by the Ukrainian State Statistics Service, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
In contrast to January 2023, the business confidence indicator rose by 2.4 percentage points and came to -12.4% in the manufacturing industry in February 2023. In the processing industry, the business confidence indicator increased by 3.5 percentage points and reached -10.7%.
The business climate indicator rose by 0.3 percentage points in the manufacturing industry and the processing industry to -0.7% and -0.6% respectively.
Additionally, the number of entrepreneurs expecting their production volumes to increase within the next three months grew from 18% in January 2023 to 21% in February 2023.
