Ukravtogaz, a subsidiary of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine, will close its compressed natural gas (CNG) stations across Ukraine on February 1, 2022, Ukrinform reports, referring to the company’s press service.

"From 06:45 on February 1, 2022, commercial refueling of vehicles at Ukravtogaz automobile CNG filling stations will be suspended," reads the report.

According to the company, the reason for closing CNG stations is a decrease in gas sales, increase in its cost, rise in electricity prices, as well as unfavorable market conditions.
