Government extends powers of four members of Ukrzaliznytsia Supervisory Board

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has extended powers of four members of the Supervisory Board of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia for three months, Ukrinform reports with reference to the Government portal.

The government appointed Sevki Acuner and Andreas Matje as independent members of the Supervisory Board of Ukrzaliznytsia for a term no longer than three months.

The Cabinet of Minister also extended powers of state representatives Serhii Leshchenko and Oleh Zhuravliov as independent members of the Supervisory Board of Ukrzaliznytsia for a term no longer than three months.

As reported, in March 2021, the Cabinet of Ministers decided to terminate the powers of Chairman of Ukrzaliznytsia Volodymyr Zhmak and appoint Ivan Yuryk to replace him.
