Kryklii informed about the first results and further plans of Ukraine in implementing important concession projects in the maritime and other industries. He also invited representatives of American business to participate in Ukrainian projects.

"Last year we signed the first agreements on Olvia and Kherson seaports’ concession and continue to work on the preparation of subsequent concessions in the ports of Chornomorsk, Berdiansk, Odesa, Izmail, Mariupol, Skadovsk and Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi. In addition, the railway stations of Kyiv, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Mykolaiv, Khmelnytskyi, Chop, Lviv and Odesa are getting ready for concession. Together with the World Bank, we are also preparing public-private partnership projects for six pilot sections of roads with a total length of 1,400 km. In addition, we are planning pilot concessions at airports,” the press service cited Kryklii as saying.

As reported by Ukrinform, on April 19, Minister of Infrastructure Vladyslav Kryklii held an online meeting with representatives of the U.S. Wabtec Corporation. The parties discussed prospects of cooperation in the development of Ukraine’s railway sector.
