Ukraine’s new commercial vehicle market grew by 6% in January

In January 2021, 901 new commercial vehicles were purchased and registered on the Ukrainian market, which is 6% higher compared with the relevant period last year, according to the Ukrainian Motor Vehicle Manufacturers Association UkrAutoProm.

Renault vehicles had the largest demand in January 2021, with 202 commercial vehicles registered. Its share on the market rose by 36% from January 2020.

The second in terms of sales were Peugeot vehicles, with 97 commercial vehicles registered, which is 8% more compared with January 2020.

Fiat ranked third, with 90 commercial vehicles registered in January 2021, which is 36% less than in January 2020.

MAZ took the fourth place, with 89 new commercial vehicles sold on the Ukrainian market in January 2021 (up 22% from January 2020), followed by Ford with 84 vehicles sold (the same as in January 2020).
