Ukraine’s construction output grew by 4% in 2020

In 2020, Ukraine’s construction output grew by 4.0% compared to the previous year, according to the data provided by the State Statistics Service of Ukraine.
In 2020, Ukraine’s total volume of construction products reached UAH 199.0 billion, which is 4.0% more than in 2019. Of this amount, new construction amounted to 36.1%, repairs (major and maintenance) totalled 36.9%, reconstruction and technical re-equipment - 27.0%.
In particular, residential buildings were built for a total sum of UAH 28.38 billion, non-residential buildings - UAH 50.0 billion, engineering facilities - UAH 120.64 billion.
