Deposit Guarantee Fund sold insolvent banks' assets for UAH 11.5M last week

The Deposit Guarantee Fund of Ukraine sold insolvent banks' assets for UAH 11.5 million last week, the fund's press service reported.

Last week (November 30 – December 4), the assets of four banks, which are in the management of the Fund, were sold for a total sum of UAH 11.50 million. Of this sum, UAH 8.92 million was received from the repayment of fund creditors' claims and UAH 2.56 million was obtained from the sale of main banks' assets. In addition, UAH 0.02 million was received from the direct sale of banks' assets.

In particular, last week the assets of JSC VTB Bank were sold for UAH 9.09 million, assets of JSC Diamantbank – for UAH 2.15 million, assets of PJSC Fidobank – for UAH 0.16 million, and assets of JSC Rodovid Bank – for UAH 0.10 million.
