Gas TSOs of Ukraine and Poland plan to sign deal

Polish and Ukrainian transmission system operators, Operator Gazociągów Przesyłowych GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. and LLC “Gas TSO of Ukraine”, intend to conclude a new interconnection agreement regarding gas transmission through the Grid Connection Point GAZ-SYSTEM/TSOUA based on gas stations Hermanowice and Drozdowicze, according to the press service of the Ukrainian Gas TSO.

"According to the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/703 of April 30, 2015, establishing a network code on interoperability and data exchange rules, both TSOs shall invite the network users to send filled-in questionnaire on the proposed text /link/ of rules for the matching process; rules for the allocation of gas quantities; and communication procedures in case of exceptional events," the report reads.

After the consultation, GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. and LLC “Gas TSO of Ukraine” will evaluate the responses received during the consultation and take the network users’ comments into account when concluding above mentioned interconnection agreement.

All market participants are invited to submit their comments and questions by sending them to the e-mail address: businesscooperation@tsoua.com and instrukcja@gaz-system.pl. The consultation will run from March 3, 2020 until May 4, 2020.
