Ukraine’s PM, EBRD President discuss investment attraction prospects

Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Honcharuk and EBRD President Suma Chakrabarti discussed the prospects for attracting investment in the Ukrainian economy in 2020 at a meeting in Davos.
"I’ve met with EBRD President Suma Chakrabarti and thanked him for the active support for major Ukrainian projects," Honcharuk posted on Telegram.
He recalled that 2019 hit a record of EBRD investments in Ukraine – EUR 1.1 billion. "We have agreed that we should work to surpass our record this year!" the Prime Minister noted.
Chakrabarti, in his turn, praised the cooperation with Ukraine in 2019, noting the success of the implemented reforms and the achieved macroeconomic stability.
Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Honcharuk makes a two-day working visit to the World Economic Forum in Davos to hold bilateral meetings with leaders of foreign countries and international organizations, as well as with international business representatives.
