Avakov, Erdogan discuss cooperation in aviation security

Ukrainian Interior Minister Arsen Avakov and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan discussed cooperation in the field of aviation security.
The meeting took place at the Teknofest 2019 exhibition in Istanbul on September 21, the press service of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry reported.
“Turkish Bayraktar drones are equipped with Ukrainian turboprop engines. We are proud of our enterprises that powerfully enter the international market. Small but very important victories of Ukraine,” Avakov noted.
Earlier, Turkish Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu stressed the success of cooperation with Ukraine in the modernization of Turkish helicopters.
