Donetsk region receives UAH 8.1 bln in revenues from personal income taxes

In January-August 2019, Donetsk region transferred to the budgets of all levels UAH 8.1 billion in revenues from personal income tax, which is 25.5% more than in the corresponding period last year.
The relevant report has been released by the Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Donetsk region.
“Over the eight months of 2019, the residents of Donetsk region transferred to the budgets of all levels a total of UAH 8.116 billion in personal income tax. The amount of taxes paid this year exceeds the figures registered in the same period last year by 25.5% or by UAH 1.6 billion,” reads the report.
In particular, local budgets received about UAH 6.1 billion in revenues from personal income tax (an increase of UAH 1.3 billion); the state budget got UAH 2 billion (an increase of UAH 0.4 billion).
Personal income tax provides 52.5% of the total revenues from the region to the consolidated budget.
