President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky met with representatives of Ukrainian large business - Rinat Akhmetov, Viktor Pinchuk and Ihor Kolomoisky - and agreed they will invest in various projects.

The President announced this during a meeting with entrepreneurs, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

The Head of State noted that, according to the estimates of Ukrainian experts, more than UAH 300 billion is needed to restore Donbas, and called on the present business people to join this process.

"I suggested that the owners of large businesses - Rinat Akhmetov, Viktor Pinchuk, Ihor Kolomoisky – should do the same. I have not met with others yet, I plan such meetings," Zelensky said.

According to him, the mentioned businessmen will assume responsibility for settling "specific issues."

In particular, Viktor Pinchuk plans to provide apartments to 24 families of captured sailors and will continue to take care of social assistance to servicepersons.

Volodymyr Zelensky and Rinat Akhmetov agreed on abandonment of the Rotterdam+ formula and investments in medicine, road construction and restoration of infrastructure in Donbas.

"Ihor Kolomoisky will invest a lot of money in the infrastructure of Donbas, but he does not know about this yet," the Head of State added.

At the same time, the President assured that he promised these and other business people no preferences in return, just “honest, equal rules for all and no monopolies."

At the same time, speaking about the restoration of Donbas, Zelensky announced that it will be a major reintegration project, which will be launched even before the war ends.

"We already start to work in the government-controlled territories of Donbas. We must show people, who are forced to stay in the temporarily occupied territories, the advantages of living in a respectable, free and independent Ukraine," he emphasized.
