Investors granted almost 600 special permits for subsoil use last year

In 2018, the investors were granted 582 special permits for subsoil use in Ukraine.
"The State Service of Geology and Mineral Resources of Ukraine granted more than 500 special permits for subsoil use. In January - December 2018, 582 forms of special permits for subsoil use were issued (provision, extension, amendments, re-registration)," said Maryna Vasiukova, the acting director of the permitting and international activity department of the State Service of Geology and Mineral Resources of Ukraine, the press service reports.
In particular, 43 projects of pilot commercial development of mineral deposits of national importance and 275 projects of projects and plans for the development of mineral deposits and processing of mineral raw materials were considered.
