Small privatization already brings UAH 100 mln to state budget this year

Acting Head of the State Property Fund Vitaliy Trubarov wrote this on his Facebook page.

"Small-scale privatization has already brought almost UAH 100 million to the state budget in 2019. A total of 55 facilities were sold, the starting cost of which during the auction rose twice," Trubarov wrote.

He noted that 219 small-scale privatization facilities were put up for sale through ProZorro.Sale.

As Ukrinform reported, according to the Law of Ukraine "On Privatization of State and Municipal Property," which entered into force in March 2018, privatization took place through the electronic procurement system ProZorro.Sale. This concerns the assets of state and municipal property worth up to UAH 250 million. Small-scale privatization facilities are put for auctions by the State Property Fund of Ukraine and local authorities.
