Finance Ministry signs resolution on State Fiscal Service reorganization

The Finance Ministry has signed a resolution on the reorganization of the State Fiscal Service by dividing it into the State Tax and State Customs Services, the ministry’s press service reports.
“Finance Minister of Ukraine Oksana Markarova signed a resolution on the reorganization of the SFS by dividing it into the State Tax and State Customs Service. The document has been posted today [January 14] on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine,” the statement says.
According to the resolution, the Finance Ministry in two months will develop draft regulations on the relevant central executive bodies and within three months necessary amendments to the legislation will be introduced, as well as its own regulations in line with this resolution.
