UAH 4 billion will be allocated for the large-scale reconstruction of the GO Highway transnational corridor in 2019, Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has said.

"Route GO Highway. A transnational corridor that will connect the Ukrainian Black Sea ports of Odesa and Mykolaiv with Polish ports in the Baltic Sea in Gdansk and Gdynia. The project is very important for logistics. It should simplify and cheapen the transportation of goods from the Baltic Sea to the Black Sea. About 1,000 kilometers of the road run through Ukraine. We will continue large-scale repair work in 2019. We envisage UAH 4 billion for these purposes," he wrote on his Facebook page .

This highway includes routes M-09 Ternopil-Lviv-Rava Ruska, M-12 Stryi-Ternopil-Kropyvnytsky-Znamianka (Ternopil-Uman), M-05 Kyiv-Odesa (Bila Tserkva-Uman-Odesa), M-14 Odesa-Melitopol-Novoazovsk (Odesa-Mykolaiv-Kherson).

UAH 4 billion was allocated for work under the project in 2018.
